Hello!
Thank you for your interest in BEING WELL together. I invite you to take a moment to learn a little more about me. Starting with my WHY..
Trauma > Mental Health > Physical Health. This cycle has been on repeat much of my life. The younger me did not quite see the connection. As my journey has continued, I can now clearly see how one truly impacts the other. Every. Single. Time.
In my early 20’s, broken and exhausted, inside and out, I began to work on the healing of my mind, body, and spirit. Though my approach may have been a bit backwards, it was a beginning nonetheless. I found healing and a new positive connection to myself through movement. Learning about how my body moves and the movement created from the inside out was the start of one of my greatest loves. I began to feel peace in my relationship with myself physically and mentally through exercise and physical connection. It was within these experiences that I built a desire to share this type of connection and healing with others.
I have spent the last 16 years gaining education and experience in this realm where I now have the opportunity to teach and impact others through movement, nutrition and mindset.
The love, passion and commitment that began with movement has grown beyond measure with the addition of nutritional therapy and mindfulness support. To be able to truly impact someones well being, mind and body is the greatest gift that I’m honored to be able to share everyday!
In addition to my responsibility and opportunity to help others through my work, I am also raising two amazing and busy boys to be kind, healthy and impactful men.
I am always open for questions and I would love to connect more on how I can support you on your personal wellness path.
Be Well,
Liz
